Return Policy

All Hardcore Hardware Australia products are shipped in immaculate condition and free from defects. Please note that we do not accept returns if you make an incorrect purchase decision, experience issues at your port of entry with customs, are unable to use the product, or simply dislike it. We strongly recommend ensuring that any of our branded products meet your needs before finalizing your purchase, as all sales are final. You will be required to tick a box confirming that you understand and agree to our terms before finalizing your web store purchase.

Products may only be returned with prior authorization. In such cases, we will offer a replacement product of your choice from our range, provided it is of equal value. If we have made an error in your shipment, you will not be responsible for the cost of returning the incorrect product. We will promptly exchange and ship the correct product to you at no additional cost.

To facilitate a return, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns will only be accepted if the product remains unused, sealed in its original packaging, and in the condition, it was delivered.

For customers placing multiple orders within a 72-hour period, we reserve the right to combine these orders into a single shipment. In this case, you will receive one consolidated tracking notification.

If your order is returned to us due to an unattended delivery address or other reasons beyond our control, no refunds will be issued. You will be responsible for any re-shipping charges to have the order resent to you.
