Hardcore Hardware Australia is a proudly 100% Australian owned and operated knife and tool company, specialising in the production of high-performance fixed blade knives, folding blade knives, and hand tools. Our products represent a unique fusion of Australian design and oversight with specialist manufacturing partnerships in Taiwan.

All Hardcore Hardware Australia products are designed, developed, hand-finished, quality control checked, and packed in Australia. Key processes including sharpening, polishing, fitting, and assembly are performed at our Australian facility to ensure each tool meets our exacting standards.

Precision CNC waterjet cutting, machining, grinding, and proprietary heat treatment and coating are carried out at our dedicated production facilities under strict quality assurance protocols developed and overseen by our Australian team.

We utilise premium materials sourced globally, including high-grade steels from Austria, Japan, and the USA, as well as G10 and Micarta® for our handles, and Kydex® for sheath fabrication.
